Cash On Delivery ( COD ) Limit
Cash on Delivery can be used as payment mode only for orders less upto Rs. 10,000/- and only for select pincodes in India where our logistics partners can facilitate this service.
Restrictions On Cash On Delivery( COD ) Availability
The customer can enter delivery pin code on the product page to check if COD is available in their location and for that specific product.
COD availability may be restricted due to any of the following factors:
- Items of value higher than Rs 10,000/- will not be available on COD.
- Due to operational & local regulatory difficulties, COD for certain pincodes in non Tier1 cities has been restricted to Rs 5,000/- or Rs 8,000/.
- The pincode may not be serviceable on a COD basis by our Logistics Partners.
- The partner brand selling the item may not be offering COD.

Domestic ( in India) order Deliveries are done through reputed E-commerce logistics partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, Aramex, etc.
International ( outside India) order deliveries are done through FedEx, DHL and Aramex.

You can enter your pincode on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location and if COD payment mode is available for your location.

Different products have different expected delivery timelines, which are mentioned on the product catalog page.
These would vary between 4 -20 days for Domestic Orders and 7-24 days for International Orders .As many items in our collection are hand crafted for special occasions, made especially on order and hence the total delivery times would take longer than usual e-commerce purchases you make.
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
- The product itself. As some products are readily available in stock and others maybe made from scratch on an order to order basis.
- The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Selling brand.
Delivery charges vary with each product and would be communicated clearly at the time of order checkout.
Free shipping is offered for Domestic orders of value greater than Rs 2,500/-. For orders shipped internationally, free shipping is offered it there are 3 or more items in your order.
Order Tracking :
On your order getting shipped to you, you will receive an Email & SMS notification along with the tracking details from herbovedacare.com informing you of the order dispatch.
Local Sales Tax, Octroi Etc On Domestic Orders
There are NO additional/hidden charges when you make a purchase on herbovedacare.com. List prices are final and all-inclusive of local taxes . The final order price you see at the time of checkout is what you pay for your order.
Custom Duties / Custom Clearances For International Order
The list prices of an item you see if your country selector dropdown is set right, will be all inclusive of the expected custom duties applicable for delivery of that item to your selected country. Custom Duties are dependent on the item ( its value and make) and the specific country and hence the list price of an item will vary with country selected.
Return Logistics For Domestic Orders
Returns are free and easy. For Domestic orders, once a return request is confirmed, we will facilitate the pick-up of the item from your doorsteps through one of our courier partners.
Return Logistics For International ( Outside India) Orders
We currently are unable to arrange for return pickup for your delivered order in case you are not located in India.
For International Returns, after you initiate a return, you will receive a confirmation communication explaining the process, asking you to send the returned items to our return facility in India (New Delhi).Return courier fees as paid by you will be reimbursed in full by herbovedacare.com to a maximum of USD 30 per item .
